Fit 2007 is designed as a way to encourage and support your personal search for greater fitness, not just this summer but for the rest of your life. All you have to do is choose the exercise or exercises that fit your life and lifestyle and set yourself a goal exercising regularly. The choice of exercise is up to you and may be something as simple as a daily walk. Or it may be a combination of two or more workouts -- swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, or even chopping wood. Design your plan to include at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days a week.
